Here is where you can post all of your custom jutsus that were not added to your application. Please use this format when creating them:

Dragon Breath
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-10 yards
Rank: B
Element: Fire
Description: The user sends a blast of fire in a certain direction. This blast is such as a dragon's breath causing mass damage. It is in a cone shape at about 1 yard in diameter.

Plasma Whip
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-6 yards
Rank: B
Element: Plasma
Description: The user forms a string like whip made of plasma in their hand. The user can swing the whip at someone to hurt them. Also if touched by this, the target will get badly burned. It uses more chakra the longer its used.

Fire Whip
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 0-3 yards
Rank: C
Element: Fire
Description: The user creates a string like whip made out flames in their hand. If touched by this whip, it will burn. This uses less chakra than the Plasma Whip. It uses more chakra the longer its used.

Plasma Ball
Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: B
Element: Plasma
Description: The user creates a ball of plasma in their hand. If this is touched to the enemy, it will burn them greatly and also go into their organs. It is similar to Chidori.

Candle Light

Description: The user creates a small fire on the palm of their hand. This is used to light up a room or a walkway. It is mostly harmless.

Metal Melting

Element: Plasma
Description: By applying intense heat to a metallic object, the user makes it white hot in 2 posts making it bendable and breakable. This uses quite a large amount of Chakra to do.

Dead Bone Jutsu: Life Replication
Type: Medical Arts
Range: 5 yards
Rank: A
Element: Life
Description: A jutsu which causes a dead bodies heart to beat for a few minutes. In this time, the user can move dead bodies, to act as targets or diversions.

Dead Bone Jutsu: Bone Explosion
Type: Medical Arts
Range: 5 yards
Rank: B
Element: Life
Description: After a target that has bones is killed Hoku uses the bones as bombs. The bones explode on his command sending bone shards everywhere.

Adreneline Rush
Type: Medical Arts

Description: The user after using the designated handsigns rushes their adreneline forcefully faster. This slight increase in movement and awareness for a short amount of time. (1 Post) The user can prolong this to a longer time span (3 posts Max) but this will cause internal damage to most muscle functions.

Chakra Breathing

Description: The user blocks off the passages to be able to receive air from outside of their body. The user then starts to transform their chakra into air. This uses very little chakra to do. Hoku can use Chakra Breathing for up to 5 days at maximum chakra. After using this, the user will have a hard time breathing regularly for 5 days depending on how long its used. The user has a hard time breathing the same amount of time the user uses this jutsu.

Minor Limb Regeneration

Description: The user uses masses amount of chakra making a finger, foot, toe, or hand regrow. This can be used on the user or on another target. This requires almost all of Hoku's chakra on a foot or hand. It requires a quarter of it for a finger or toe. The limb that has been replaced will not be as responsive or quick as it used to be.


Blink
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: 30 yards
Rank: S
Element: N/A
Description: The user teleports from one place to another instantly. This is actual teleportation, not high speed taijutsu. The user can go a maximum range of 30 yards away and uses a lot of chakra the farther they go. This requires all of Hoku's chakra to go the maximum distance. This also creates the user to be very slow moving as well as it is a very tiring jutsu.

-After Much Discussion, this jutsu is good, Except, you would need a Side-Effect for relying on Simple Chakra AIR, since your not a Wind user, i dont think this would work either.

Ok i edited them.

The chakra breathing is not wind because wind is pushing air. This is just creating air out of chaka. Its a conversion.

Also Blink would not require THAT much chakra. It didn't require all of sasuke's chakra to use his teleportation jutsu.

I did a side effect for them too.

The whip shouldn't shoot waves.

Description: The user encases themselves in a stream of plasma flowing over their body. This makes a barrier between the user and the opponent. If this touches anyone, it will burn them beyond healing. This uses a lot of chakra to use and uses more the longer it is held for. If held for 5 posts, it will completely drain the users chakra.

Shouldn't this burn you as well. Even if it isn't touching there is still quite a bit of heat coming off that.

The whip shoots like a wave of plasma chakra. It requires chaka when i shoot the wave.

One of my special characteristics is not getting affected by heat radiation.

The ball is heavy. It is a plasma chidori XD.

Metal melting can go longer yes. I didnt realize i said that. how is 2 posts to melt through.

The side effect is that the user has a lot slower reaction time than usual.
